Your personal data are collected by our Company through different channels for the purpose of carrying out our activities based on the legal reasons of ensuring compliance with the legislation and Company policies. Your collected personal data, in accordance with the basic principles envisaged by the KVKK and within the conditions and purposes for personal data processing set forth in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, are processed for the purposes of ensuring that TG Expo Fairs Inc.’s commercial activities are carried out in accordance with the legislation and Company policies, designing and implementing Human Resources activities, ensuring the commercial and legal security of real persons with whom there is a business relationship, and protecting the commercial reputation and trust established by TG Expo Fairs Inc.

As per Article 11 of the KVKK, which came into effect on October 7, 2016, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
